Hey, for the last week or so, on KWS and a few other servers, every 40 or so minutes my ping goes from 40-45 to 100-140.
My computer is the only one on in this house with all programs besides TF2 and Steam closed.

This only happened after the last batch of storms in Melbourne. I have checked cables in my house for water damage, and rebooted my router far too many times to be healthy. Any other ideas?
